This Research Use Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of NYC Peptide Labs (“NYC Peptide Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to this Research Use Policy.

  1. Research Use Only

All products sold by NYC Peptide Labs are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research use only.

Products are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, human administration, animal administration, or diagnostic use.

No product sold by NYC Peptide Labs is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, or manage any disease, condition, symptom, injury, disorder, or physiological state.

  1. Not for Human or Animal Use

Products may not be ingested in any manner, or otherwise used in or on humans or animals.

Products may not be used as or in any medicine, biologic for clinical use, dietary supplement, food, beverage, cosmetic, medical device, veterinary product, household product, or consumer product.

Products may not be used in any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, preventive, veterinary, cosmetic, or personal-use context.

  1. Qualified Purchasers Only

Products are available only to qualified research purchasers. By purchasing from NYC Peptide Labs, you represent and warrant that you are one of the following:

(a) academic researcher or university-affiliated research personnel;

(b) registered laboratory or research facility;

(c) biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life-sciences company;

(d) contract research organization;

(e) government, regulatory, or institutional research entity;

(f) industrial or commercial research and development department;

(g) scientific professional operating within a controlled laboratory environment; or

(h) qualified independent researcher operating within a lawful, controlled, non-clinical laboratory setting.

You also represent and warrant that you have the training, facilities, equipment, procedures, authorizations, and safeguards necessary to lawfully and safely receive, store, handle, use, and dispose of the products.

  1. Purchaser Certifications

By placing an order, you certify that:

(a) the purchase is for laboratory research use only;

(b) the products will not be used in or on humans or animals;

(c) the products will not be consumed in any manner, or otherwise used outside a controlled research setting;

(d) the products will not be used for diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, prevention, or management of any disease, condition, symptom, injury, disorder, or physiological state;

(e) you will not resell, redistribute, transfer, export, repackage, relabel, or supply the products to any person or entity for non-research use;

(f) you will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, rules, and regulations;

(g) you will maintain appropriate records, procedures, storage conditions, safety controls, and disposal practices; and

(h) you understand that misuse of the products violates this Research Use Policy and may violate applicable law.

  1. Prohibited Requests and Communications

NYC Peptide Labs does not provide and will not provide advice, instructions, protocols, or recommendations concerning human use or animal use of any type.

Customer inquiries requesting such information may be refused and may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of service.

  1. No Medical, Veterinary, or Therapeutic Claims

NYC Peptide Labs does not make medical, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, health, or wellness claims about its products.

Any product names, descriptions, specifications, molecular information, third-party references, certificates of analysis, or related information are provided solely for lawful research-catalog and product-identification purposes.

No statement on the website, product label, invoice, packaging, certificate of analysis, customer communication, email, or other material should be interpreted as a recommendation or representation that any product is safe or effective for human or animal use.

  1. Handling, Storage, and Disposal

The purchaser is solely responsible for safely and lawfully receiving, storing, handling, using, transporting, and disposing of products.

The purchaser must ensure that all personnel handling products are qualified, trained, supervised, and aware of applicable hazards. Products must be kept out of reach of unauthorized persons, children, pets, and persons not trained to handle research materials.

The purchaser is responsible for implementing appropriate laboratory safety controls, including personal protective equipment, labeling, access controls, storage controls, spill response, waste disposal, and hazard communication.

  1. Compliance With Laws

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, storage, use, transport, transfer, import, export, or disposal of any product is lawful in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.

NYC Peptide Labs does not represent or warrant that any product may be lawfully purchased, possessed, stored, used, imported, exported, transferred, or disposed of in any particular jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to restrict, refuse, cancel, or delay any order based on legal, regulatory, payment, safety, compliance, shipping, or business concerns.

  1. No Resale, Redistribution, or Diversion

Products purchased from NYC Peptide Labs may not be resold, redistributed, transferred, exported, brokered, repackaged, relabeled, or supplied to any third party without prior written authorization from NYC Peptide Labs.

Products may never be resold, redistributed, transferred, advertised, or supplied for human use, animal use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, clinical use, personal use, or any other non-research use.

  1. Product Documentation

Certificates of analysis, batch information, specifications, and related documents are provided for research-catalog and product-identification purposes only.

Such documentation does not constitute a representation that any product is suitable for human or animal use, or any other prohibited purpose.

The purchaser is responsible for independently verifying product suitability for the purchaser’s lawful research purpose.

  1. Misuse and Enforcement

Any suspected misuse, diversion, non-research use, false certification, prohibited communication, prohibited resale, payment fraud, regulatory risk, or violation of this Research Use Policy may result in one or more of the following:

(a) refusal of service;

(b) order cancellation;

(c) account suspension or termination;

(d) request for additional verification;

(e) cancellation of pending shipments;

(f) refusal of future sales;

(g) preservation of relevant records; and

(h) any other action NYC Peptide Labs considers appropriate or legally required.

  1. Acknowledgment

By purchasing products from NYC Peptide Labs, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) you have read and understand this Research Use Policy;

(b) you are purchasing strictly for lawful laboratory research use only;

(c) you are a qualified research purchaser;

(d) the products are not intended for human or animal consumption or administration;

(e) the products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, food, cosmetic, household, or personal use;

(f) you assume all responsibility for lawful receipt, storage, handling, use, transfer, and disposal; and

(g) NYC Peptide Labs is not responsible for misuse, unauthorized use, non-research use, or unlawful use of any product after purchase.
